A: We specialize in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEVs and EVs), but our certified technicians are fully equipped to service and repair all makes and models—foreign, domestic, gas, or electric.

A: We offer a full range of auto repair services, including brake repairs, engine diagnostics, transmission service, suspension, heating & cooling systems, oil changes, battery replacements, and much more.

Q3: Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
A: Appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service, but we do accept walk-ins when our schedule allows. You can book online, text, or call us directly.

Q4: What makes your shop qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles?
A: Our technicians are trained and certified in Hybrid and EV systems. We use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment tailored for high-voltage systems, ensuring safe and accurate repairs.

Q5: What services do you provide for hybrids and EVs?
A: We provide high-voltage battery diagnostics and replacement, inverter and electric motor repairs, regenerative braking system maintenance, software updates, and general mechanical service.

Q6: Can you replace or repair a hybrid or EV battery?
A: Yes, we can test, repair, and replace hybrid and electric vehicle batteries.

Q7: How often should I bring in my hybrid or EV for maintenance?
A: While hybrids and EVs typically require less frequent maintenance, we recommend a check-up every 6 months or 5,000–7,500 miles, depending on driving habits and manufacturer recommendations.

A: Absolutely. We’ll diagnose the issue, walk you through the recommended repairs, and provide an estimate before we start any work.

Q9: Are your repairs covered by a warranty?
A: Yes, depending on the parts and labor specifics we offer warranties on most repairs.

A: Yes, we work with most extended warranty companies and can help facilitate insurance claims for applicable repairs.

A: We offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and budget. We’ll explain the options so you can make an informed decision.

Q12: Can you program and update software for newer vehicles?
A: Yes, we have the tools and training to perform software updates, calibrations, and module programming for many makes and models, including hybrids and EVs.

Q13: How long will my repair take?
A: It depends on the complexity of the issue. Minor repairs can often be done same-day, while more complex work (like battery replacements) may take longer. We’ll give you a time estimate upfront but we ask for your patience as we work on more complicated issues.

Q14: Do you offer loaner vehicles or shuttle service?
A: We do not routinely at this time, but we may be able to help if you are nearby.

Q15: Where are you located and what are your hours?
A: We’re open Monday through Friday and offer early drop-off and after-hours vehicle pick-up for your convenience. There is a Key drop located in our office door.
